I put my weight down today and for some reason I thought thirty pounds to lose doesn't seem that bad. This time last year I couldn't make myself lose those last twenty pounds for the life of me. For some reason I now have the resolve to make it to my goal weight especially when I realize I have already lost so much . What's another 25-30 pounds. Hopefully I won't plateau like I did last time which got me all unmotivated to begin with in the first place.

Here's another thing I learned. Get to bed at a decent hour. If I stay up, I will eat. It wasn't the binging that put those ten pounds on me as much as staying up at night and watching TV into the wee hours. If I stayed up too late, I would snack and get up late the next day which also messed up my exercise schedule the next day. OK, I'm a lady of leisure and don't work so I have developed a few bad habits.

Anyway, I have today's menu down and am doing well. I will get off to the gym tonight. Yesterday was fun. We went out with the kids, went to church, and had a relaxing day.

You can do it Lory! =D // The chicken sausage is from Trader Joe's. It's just like a bratwurst or other sausage of that type, except it's made with chicken, so it's lower fat and better for you! Yum-o.

Have you been reading my mind? I gained a few pounds, and night time eating is gotten out of hand. You inspired me not eat again, and go to bed in half an hour. 10:30pm here. :)
