View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day

I went to a weight watcher meeting today in order to see if I want to start going to the meetings. I found out I actually have a lifetime membership from the 80's still. That doesn't mean much since I am not at my goal weight except that it gives me some options on how I would pay and go to the meetings. I'm not sure I want to go to the weekly meetings or just go once a month or how that would pay out. All I could afford is to go twice a month unless I quit my gym membership and just go with the free gym in my sub division. That is an option if I decide to do WW full time. My sub division gym has cardio but is limited on the weight machines, no indoor pool, and the classes we have you have to pay for. LA Fitness has free classes ( I only do the water stuff for now ) and is open longer, and has all of the circuit weight machines I need for rehab. It is a toss up, motivation vs rehab and keep doing what I am doing and motivate myself. :'( If I could just go to two WW classes a month and only be charge for two classes that would be the best of both worlds. I would love input on this situation.
It's late,I'll write more tomorrow.

I vote for the gym. You know enough about nutrition that you could probably teach a WW class. If comraderie and support is what you're looking for at WW, I bet you can find that elsewhere. What about the ladies you've met at the gym who you have gotten on to CK?

Sounds like Nadine has it all figured out for you :thumbu2: I don't know much about WW but that sounds like the thing to do!! With the problems you have had with your feet I say you need to stick with the water options.

Definitely keep the better gym! And, you can GO to as many meetings as you want a month, you only pay when you weigh in. So, if you want to weigh in twice a month, you can, but as a lifetime member you only HAVE to weigh in once a month. If you want to get the benefits of the meeting without paying you can go to any meeting you want, anytime. Also, revisit your goal weight, make sure it is still reasonable from back in the 80s you may be able to stop paying sooner.
