Not much going on tonight. I have to get serious about regaining control of my eating. Got a little carried away this weekend. Nothing to bad, but enough to worry me. I did get a little exercise, but not enough. It's finally cooling off to where I fill comfortable to walk the dogs in the morning. I know, excuses. My back is holding up enough to walk, so I need to get to the gym and either get into the pool or hit the exercise bike. Tomorrow I will go early to the gym and start a four day program. My goal is to take ten pounds off by Jan. Gee, I can't believe I did this to myself after all that hard work.

The old habits die hard. But now you recognize what is happening and you don't want to let it happen again - you CAN TAKE CONTROL. I shouldn't talk so loud - I had a couple of bad days last week, and it's all because I just let the control go. Let's get back on the wagon again. Hugz - Kel

I am with you on out of control eating. I know I need to get it together but for some reason I just can't. We will do it, it is just a slump don't get down on yourself.
