I am learning other ways to keep track of my food besides using the CK dairy. I still use the food Dairy in order to occasionally check up on my food exchanges to make sure I am staying close to my calorie level. But, I have gone to an exchange method with standard weighing and measuring i order to keep up with portion control. I goofed up this week and broke even because of self sabotage, but I'm doing better this week. I'm not beating myself over the head with it which is a good thing. In the past I would have. a good day

I'm having a good day and making good food choices. There were some temptations today as I went to the store to pick up an ingredient top finish a project and get something for dinner, very hungry ! There were nibbles all around the store. I gave in to a nibble of a Laura's health bar. It was just a tiny bit of a bite. doing better

I'm doing better even though I couldn't go to the gym today. I got plenty of walking around stores though today. My husband is going to let me buy a HRM next payday. Sports Authority has them on sale 10 off plus another 25% off making the polar f6 75.00. I think that's a pretty good price. I don't know if that includes the band though. getting closer

I'm getting closer to actually logging what I eat everyday. There are just some things I can't figure out how to really calculate because I make stuff at the last minute when I cook. Then there are those unaccounted bites that go into my mouth through out the day that I need to stop. Those are getting more controlled, but we all know those can add up. I think the breath mints can really be biggies here too or the chewing gum. I forget to put these down, or the sugar free drinks.
