I'm begging to remember how to do the food diary and to remember my pattern of eating in order to keep from getting hungry now. All that is left to do is to get to the gym and get more rest. I haven't gotten that down yet. It looks like that's all I will need to get my calories down in order to lose weight though now. A 45 minute exercise session each day should pull my calories down and get my body going into weight loss mode. I'll have to do it in spite of having a pair of shoes that run up and down my heal and hurt my feet. I probably will spend a lot of time on the exercise bike until I get those custom walking shoes or in the pool.
Anyway, money for those shoes is slowly being saved up thanks to my husband being totally committed to my cause now. He got a pair of shoes that hurt his ankles and realized what I go through ! HEHEHEHEHE. His whole body hurt. I had no sympathy for the dude. I think he got my point. I am going with the Hershey Shoe company. Unfortunately, because I am a diabetic with severe bunions, I will have to go the whole routine in getting a cast made of my foot etc. So, there will be extra cost involved. Then I have orthodics and will need to get the shoes made for them as well. These guys specialize in custom running shoes. The good news is, that they can put new heels in and re-do the bottoms when they wear out making the shoe last for several years. I eventually plan on getting a couple of running shoes and one of their dress shoes. I'm used to having to pay for shoes any way. Hey, my son in law goes through running shoes every two months and race shoe almost every other race ! By the way, they do custom race walkers and hikers.
It's cold every where. My dogs are refusing to go outside accept for the quickie. My little dog won't even do that so I am putting down pee pee pads !!!!!!!!!!
????????Does any one here count the calories in their food supplements ? I noticed flaxseed gels had 10 calories each and fiber choice had 15 calories for two tablets. I know fish oil also has calories and of course fat. I started logging in my calcium tablets into my food dairy so I could have a daily total of calc. Then I realized I had better count the calories of my supplements. I just wondered if it will make a big difference in the grand scheme of things.
