View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day

I'm glad I have all of these CK data files so I can go back and see what I was eating two and three years ago when I was a good girl and PUT down all my food that I was eating. Now I need to remember what I was doing right to lose all of that weight. I have been way off lately and need to get back on track. Some of my skills are off and I'm not getting any where starting back up on my weight loss. I will admit that my consistency has been lacking too. This is why going back to basics and reviewing is going to be so important for me. I am taking tomorrow to review my data in each area and evaluate where I need to go.

I the first place meal planner you have that evaluation at the end of each day.Did I eat too many carbs, protein etc. Then you determine if you need to go up or down in an area. Well, I use the CK dairy instead and go by total carbs etc at the end of the day rather than exchanges or units. Then I look at my total calories. CK is a little more exact but takes more time, and I have found you really have to know you food better. Logging in that food is also necessary here at ck. I have to log in every type of food that goes into my meal. Marinades, seasonings, oils, and what nots have to be included into the meal to get the proper calorie count. This can be real time consuming if I don't use a pre figured out recipe. This is what I haven't been doing lately. It shows.

I must either go to very simple meals, use all ready calculated recipes, or take the time to figure out what I am cooking. That is what made me successful in the past. I also weighed and measured my food accurately. I've gotten a little sloppy lately.

Next is my goal. I once was satisfied with 150. That is probably why I am now at 162. If I had gotten down to my goal weight or closer to it, I sure wouldn't be at 162 ! When you get comfortable half way there, that is dangerous. Don't. Finish the race. That's what I have to do.

I still think you have done great to have lost the amount you have. i would cry if I could get to 162. I have what seems liek tons to lose and it keeps me tired, disgusted with myself and depressed a lot; and I hate it.
