Today's food was better, but not perfect. My exercise was non existent. Tomorrow I will have time to get to the gym since I got most of my shopping done today. I thought it was funny, though, when both dogs went to the door and gave me this look today every time I got went to the front of the house. I haven't walked them in a few days and they are reminding me of this !!!!!! Even my little dog was going and standing in front of the door and whining. You think someone upstairs was trying to give me a push to get out an exercise ????
I suppose I can't use any excuses about my feet hurting and my shoes not fitting well anymore. If I wait till I get my custom shoes, my body will be so badly out of shape it will take me a whole year to get back into some kind of reasonable shape. I'll just have to be content with not being able to walk as far and hard.
My goal this week will be:
1. get exercise
2. no eating food out of containers or packages
3. only eat food that I have measured
4. no binging
5. record before I eat what I am going to eat
Ok. I set some goals. Now, I'll report back next week on how well I did.
Today after I ate I set a timer for 4 hours. This was to remind me that I could not eat anything until that timer went off. I could then eat a snack or eat my lunch. When I was on the insulin pump, the pump's timer actually helped me break the habit of eating between meals. I thought of this since I started having this problem again. It really helped. I'm setting the timer tonight so I can remember I can not eat until breakfast !!!!!!!!!
