I'm glad I got in my 40 minutes of exercise today or I would have been way over on my calorie count for weight loss this week. This is the advantage to the CK dairy verses just using the FP4H tracker. I also was conservative on my calories burned during exercise even though my heart rate monitor said I used up more calories. Sometimes I'm not sure I calculate my calories right when I make a dish so I like to allow some room for error here too. Good news is I have been doing well these past few days on getting back into my exercise routine and eating patterns that made me successful when I lost my weight a few years ago.

I went to my first PT today. Ouch. The PT was gentle on me thankfully. I have had a few who could have worn shirts that said " NO MERCY ". I was told to slow down on what I was doing on my own !!!!!! I have been just too eager too get this process going so I can get well. Now I know how athletes feel when they want to get back on the field or a runner wants to get back to running.:cry3:

You sound like my Mom. She is going to PT now for a separated pelvis and they have her doing lots of exercises at home, too. She misunderstood one of instructions and WAY over did ..so she's hobbling around a bit. Dang. Good to see you are back to the plan and doing well!
