I'm not getting my exercise and can tell it. I am getting my foods down and beginning to see my patterns of eating. Slowly I am adjusting to the 1300 calories. The hardest thing of course is adjusting down the carbs and protein. I actually get in my fruits and vegetables without a problem most days. It's just that I tend to over eat the carbs like most people.

Nothing new this week. I started PT for my shoulder. I'm having a hard time sleeping at night due to my shoulder. most nights I end up going to one of our easy chairs and sleeping in one of them so my shoulder is in an up right position. Sorry if this sounds a little like complaining, I knew this was going to happen since I had been through two frozen shoulder rehabs. It just explains why I haven't felt like exercising. I'm just too pooped ! Some how I have got to reach within and find that strength and get to the treadmil and exercise any way.
