View MOUGHI's food & exercise for this day
All is well today. PT is coming along as I thought it would, slowly. I eagerly await my shoes to come in the mail. My husband commented on how he enjoys his running shoes and how they make a difference in how his ankle feels. I laugh ! I gave him a really bad time when he said that because I had to work on him to get him to see just how much or how important getting these shoes would be for me. After the pain went away in his ankle, he uderstood exactly what I was going through.
Logging food on CK maked a big diference verses just putting the food down on the FP4H tracker. Today I noticed that I would have gone over by 200 calories on a meat choice if I did not change my lunch choice. I was trying to eat the left over roast for both lunch and dinner today. That would not have worked because roast is a high calorie eat seldom meat. I had to change out the lunch protein to a lower fat turkey sandwich to make my calorie count. The left over roast will have to be used up for tomorrows lunch.
Nothing else is new. Talk to everyone latter. I have some computer work I have to get done this week.

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I mentioned perogies - well they are a dumpling containing potatoes, cheese, bacon, onion and saurkraut or a combination of the above, If you type perogies, into your search engine, there will be pictures and recipes for them. You can boil them, and then fry them and serve them with sour cream (of course, fat free) and my hubby likes bacon bits and onions on his. Just another startch that could be made with less white flour - but one or two of them, aren`t that bad for you - it`s when you eat a dozen with real sour cream that you get in trouble. Kel
