Ok, so I'm heading into my third year, the dangerous year of the diet journey. I've put on some weight and have that thing going where I am finding it hard to get back into my weight loss journey. I know it is now or never in my journey time wise whether I will be one of those who will be successful or one of those statistics who gains all the weight back. It is at the three year mark that this usually happens. Burn out, cravings for long forbidden foods, not following habit patterns that were once established but now too difficult to, these are my challenges for the next months. The first thing I need to do is to start getting my meal plan together like in the good old days. Over the next few days I am going to concentrate on planning my days out.

As far as what I've been up to...PT has been going fine. My insurance coverage ran out so the rest of my work will have to be done at home. I have enough home equipment to continue my exercises and stretches. I just won't have the therapist stretching my shoulder any more. I know this means I am going to have to work harder and get more motivated if I want to get 100% movement back. I have about 33% movement and flexibility back now.

MY CUSTOM SHOES CAME IN AND THEY DIDN'T FIT. THEY WILL HAVE TO BE SENT BACK AND BE REMADE !!!!! Bummer. At least the company backs their product and will work fervently to make sure I get a proper fit. I do have a hard foot to fit which is made more difficult since I also have to wear orthodics. So getting the fit and the depth is hard. I just hate to have to wait more months though.
