The dairy is a good tool, it just takes time to fill out. Seeing all of those cals out there lets me know exactly where I stand. That's great until it's late at night and I find I'm out of cals and I have eaten that last snack ! Any way, it's the best tool out there that I have found so I'm going back to it. Since I now have a lap top it makes it nicer because I can watch tv and log my food at the same time.

Nothing going on in my life. I went to my doctor who said except for the weight gain all of my numbers looked ok. He told me I needed to get that 20 pounds off and I agreed. I can feel the difference in every way now, back, bladder, walking, etc. SO, I started using the diary instead logging my food on paper. This will assure I get more accurate on calorie counting and start seeing where I need to cut back. I will need to experience a little hunger at times. I hate that, but I learned it goes away after about four hours. It's at night when I've eaten properly and I don't need to eat anymore for the day that I have to learn to let it go. Does any one ever experience a little hunger before bed time even when they eat an evening snack ?
