I'm doing better on control now. It has helped that I have all of my tempting food out of the house now. I also haven't been able to cook too much lately due to a few bruised ribs. This has meant I have kept to simple meals. Simple meals are actually better for me when it comes to staying on my diet plan.
Tomorrows meal plan is :
oatmeal/blueberries/2 egg whites with veggies
sandwich/soup/apple
snack=yogurt ( choc )
spagetti/turkey meat sauce/salad/raw veggies
jello&cool whip
snack=cheese&crackers
coffee/soy milk

I'm sure it is exactly right that the humidity makes it feel colder, too. It feels RAW which is the part that I hate. What did I miss? How did you bruise your ribs? Your meal plan sounds FAB!
