I pre planned my first meal tonight. This is the way I started my diet the last time. It is the best way it works for me. I plan my meals the night before. If I don't have what I need in the house, it gives me the day to make sure I have the groceries I need for the night meal. I then make sure I make a menu for the week based on what I have available in my stock pantry etc. Now since I can will be able to get back to exercising soon, I will be able to stay withing my calorie range soon. Exercise for me means just that.
I am very realistic. I can only exercise about 100-200 calories by walking 30-45 minutes a day. Therefore, I uses exercise to keep me within my caloric goal. If I am lucky, I might get below that goal by 100 to hit that magic number of a 1250 caloric intake. That would be the ideal weight loss intake for me. I can tell you know, I could never eat that and not be hungry though. I don't know how people stay on just 1200-1250 calories ! I know it can be done and when I get close to goal CK always ask me to get down there, but I have never successfully been able to do it. I'll see what happens though when that time comes.

Are you at 1250 NOW according to CK? It is tough to maintain -- I aim for it and usually come with in 100-200 but never count my exercise calories anyway. Glad you are feeling somewhat better and making a plan!!!
