beautifull day

Today is a beautiful day here in Texas. The sky is bright blue with clouds that make you want to day dream. It's in the seventies with a moderate wind that kept me cool as I walked the dog on our 2 mile course. I couldn't help but be thankful that I could get outside on a day like today and not be cooped up inside like so many working people. I feel like I'm in the land of the living today. I got up and felt that tomorrow will bring. There is a peace in my heart although I can't wait to see how everything will work out. I know my diet will have to get down and be more disciplined as well as my budget skills. This will be good for my husband and I. Already hubby has lost weight and is excited about his diet. I've had a few bad days adjusted to our new financial diet emotionally. Things are working out, but that hasn't kept me from having a few days were I wanted to just " emotionally " hide within myself. Yesterday I realized I was beginning to creep back into that dark place and had better get myself up and go exercise and get out of the house. Yea it's Friday and my husband or I shall say I managed to make and send off with him his lunch every day this week. His commitment to his diet and our budget is going along. He has lost a few pounds this week by just stopping eating out and taking his lunch. I have been bugging him for years to stop eating out and start taking his lunch for these two reasons. He is finally realizing you can eat better too by taking you lunch. He has only had two sandwiches the whole week as I have made him rea...having an OK day

Nothing new today. I'm planning out my food and household budget for this payday today while doing laundry. It's cold here today. Yesterday was 75, today it's in the thirties and fifties. That's Texas weather here in Houston. I hear up in Dallas it's 28*. I know many of you are thinking this is nothing. Well, it is the drastic change that gives me a headache. So, today I have a terrible one. I'm gotta go and rest this achy head now. Have a nice day every one.
