I have tiny thought today that can lead to big discoveries today. They won't be original by any means, but to me they came as revelations. I have always logged my food using the CK program either in the beginning of the day or at the end of the day. Occasionally I would write down my food on paper when I was out about town so I wouldn't forget what I at or if I was out of town. I didn't do too well sticking to the diet, but still the scale did move this week. This is a good thing for me though. It takes me a few weeks to get all the discipline and tricks of the trade back in order anyway. I do feel I am getting back to into the groove. The key is sticking to what I plan each day. Exercise goal was met last week. I exercised 5 days out of 7 even tough I only went to the gym three of those days. The other two days I walked around the neighborhood which is fine. I thought I would get up early and beat everyone to the new grocery store this morning. I got there 8 minutes after it opened a up and the parking lot was already full. When I got into the store I was the last to get a cart. I guess when you are giving away 70.00 dollars of free food people really want to go to your store. I had my free food coupons hoping I could find someone who would want them. Today a friend of mine is taking me to her vegetable co-op. I am going to look at the program but probably won't join. I have two new grocery stores about to open near me and am inclined not to participate in a program where I have to drive another 50 minutes once a week to get food now. Also, I don't buy vegetables in bulk for two people since they tend to go bad before honey and I can eat them up. Slowly but surely I am getting back on track and cutting back down on my calories again in order to lose some of the weight I gained over the holiday and to start losing the last of my weight. It has taken me a long time to finely decide that I didn't want to stay at the 150 weight range. I guess I didn't like that hump of a belly that I still have left and wanted it to shrink down more.
