Tonight my daughter took my husband and I out to eat at the Kona Grill in Sugarland. We were celebrating an early Mother's Day since she will have to work that day. Aaron wasn't able to join us since he had to work late. I did well since hubby and I split entree and salad and had no dessert. Yesterday was a good food especially since I spent most of the day out about town at the OTC with my husband. This big oil field conference had plenty of exhibits we had seen before so we didn't spend a lot of time there. My hubby had certain things he was looking for. It's been a busy weekend and will be a busy Monday. I got off my heinie and finally made it the water aerobics class at the gym on Saturday. It was a barrel of and easy since I have done years of water therapy. The only problem was they jog in water the whole hour which actually I could do without a problem. Unfortunately, the nerves in my back didn't like it and I felt them, or I am feeling them all right now. I will either have to modify how I do this type of water jogging or go back to water...

It's nice to get up in the morning and feel refreshed and happy. today I don't really have any particular reason for this feeling except to say I am within 33 t0 43 pounds to goal depending on which goal weight I choose. That may sound like a lot to some who are seeking to lose that much to begin with. For me that seems like peanuts compared to what i have already shed. I'm looking at 6-9 months more of the grueling lower cal part of the diet before I can move up to a few hundred more calories ...
