Today I had my first MUA of a series of three. I came hoe and slept through most of the day. These things leave me tired and a little sore. I just wanted to drop a note and say I blog more tomorrow night. I have two doctor appointments tomorrow and then my second MUA Wednesday. So, I probably will not be blogging much until Thursday. I did go over on calories a little today, but haven't eaten past my bedtime snack so far. Trying to get a roll going on the habit thing.

Thanks to Nadine and Amy I have been getting out and walking on the days when I am not recuperating from all the surgical treatments I am going through. I have built up to over a mile now. I started out only being able to walk for 20 minutes, then 30 and now 40 minutes with a 10 - 15 minute stretch break after a 15 minute warm up walk. I have dine this three days in a row. Yipee. Today will forever be a memorable day for me. It started out like the day I had some thirty five years ago. Peaceful beautiful skies, perfect temperatures, clear air, and birds singing songs of praise in the early morning. Well I put a new photo on my sight and it disappeared. Tried it again and my old photo just keeps showing up. So here is the photo I had in mind to replace it with. Grrrrr My injection Went well. I slept like a baby all through the night with all that anesthesia in my system. Today I go to get the athletic shoes I order a few months ago. Hopefully they will fit. I have a very hard foot size to fit and because of that haven't had athletic shoes in over twenty years. I am excited that these new shoes might actually fit. If they do they will make walking a pleasure. Walking is painful for me now because my feet hurt after about 15 minutes. So, with my SI joint pain, back pain and foot pain, walking is not easy. I do it because it is good for me, but it is not without ...
