I want to say a little pray today for BESS AND TESS who have come under trying times lately. Bess is sick and we haven't heard from her in a few days to know how she is doing. Tess had some flooding in her homestead and is also under taking a new diet regime. I want to wish both of these ladies whom have supported me the best as they under go their trials.

Cravings and Temptations

I was reading on a new blog I came across ( "Diet Blog";) that if you can with stand what ever craving you are having for 20 minutes, the craving should go away. In other words, keep yourself busy for 20 -30 minutes while you are thinking about that craving and it might go away. Well, it seems every time I've been grocery shopping lately I have had a problem with cravings and temptations. Sure I've eaten before hand, made a list, and kept to the outside of the store. computer monster

Evil computer ate my entire blog:cross1:!Now I have to rewrite everything and it's getting just too late for that. Jello pie

Here is a cool whip Jello desert that will please everyone in the family:
1 Graham Cracker Crust ( I use 50/50s Sugar Free Crust that can be found in the diabetic section in most grocery stores)
1 small pkg jello ( if using cherry yogurt, use cherry jello etc. )
2 8 oz containers sugar free yogurt ( can be fat free if you want )
1 8 oz Cool Whip Lite
1/3 Hot water ( I use boiled water that has been cooled down some )

Future son in law

I had a good time with my daughter and future son in law. Aaron had just gotten back form a training conference in Utah that certified him to coach in the USAT, United States of America Triathlon. He is training athletes to participate in triathlons and other running events around the country. He is going to help me out by looking up and giving me more core exercises to add to the ones my PT gave me.
