The past two weeks of my diet I have been hungry and going over my recommend calorie count every other day or so. When I weighed in today I didn't gain anything, but I didn't lose either. I'm not going to blame this on my on going battle with my low blood sugar although this has been an issue. I have had good eating plans set, I just have had an appetite lately. As promised here is the recipe for Diabetic Salmon patties I use taken from " The Art of Cooking for the Diabetic". I will give you the recipe as it is in the book then tell you how I modify it for myself. You can modify it too for your taste as well. The good thing about these recipes is that they already have the nutritional values figured out. Which makes it easy to fill to plug them into th Ck data base.

Howdy folks, it's a beautiful day here. The sky was clear, temp around 73 degrees, and a nice comfortable breeze. I took my dogs for a walk which is guaranteed to slow me down, but how could I deprived them of such a nice day to get out of the house too. Actually, I was trying to work off my lunch time meal. So far this week I don't think that I have lost any weight due to some miss haps with my eating, but I have been pleasantly surprised to find out that I have lost some fat around certain parts of my body.
