Wow...it's week fourteen. Where is the time going? Spring is here which means that being out in the gorgeous weather brings special joy to my running. I Love running underneath the cherry blossoms and looking up into the pinkiness or the whiteness and just inhaling the scent and the sight!

Week Ten--Healthy Healthy Tory!
First of all, I want to say thank you for all the advice, the shoulders to cry on, the support, the encouragement. I sincerely appreciate it. Today was a pretty nice day! We got up about 7:40 and were thinking of joining the North Sound Runners who meet at Jennings Park, but one source said they meet at 8:00 and one said 9:00 so we decided to run to Starbucks instead. Had breakfast together and then ran home. It was windy and COLD! At least the way back was better.

Took a trip to Costco and indulged on my very berry sundae, which I used to believe was lower in calories than it really is. Doggone Calorieking for enlightening me! I...

Wow, is it week nine already? That must mean spring is right around the corner!

One of the reasons I choose to exercise and watch what I eat is my blood pressure. It's always been low, but that doesn't mean it can't rise!
