Hmmm, woke up hungry again. Yesterday was under calories due to an evening workout that I hadn't planned. We wanted to ride bikes, but it was really raining and the wind was blowing, so I used the trainer. Roy wanted to ride too so we went to the Y and I decided to try one of the new Podfitness workouts. It was really cool!
I am supposed to have a net of 1500 but I burned over 1600 calories yesterday in exercise alone!
Friday is going to be my active rest day. I found a yoga class in the morning that I'll go to. I'll brisk walk to the Y and maybe do a SHORT bike ride later (or bike to the Y). That way I still get in my goals of running and biking every day (brisk walk "counts" in my running as it is part of my "one day with no impact" thing).
