...I ran 13.3 miles and it went very well until towards the end. We stopped at Starbucks for coffee and a scone (we bring our own less caloric versions), but I drank so much water with my coffee and scone that I had a stomach ache on the way home. No biggie, though!
Weekly total: 40.5 running miles
Swimming: 2.1 miles
Weight lifting: 45 min
Biking: 22 miles
I'm just getting back into biking for the year. It's been too cold and rainy up to this point and I'm a fair weather biker!

wow! That is a lot of running! I like the stopping at Starbucks part though
:) I had a tangerine blend today and it was fabulous! I find it a lot easier to bike than run, funny huh?
