I find the age-old discussion, "Should I eat back my exercise points?" an interesting one. We go around and around on this on every message board and mailing list I belong to. If you're on a weight loss program, should you eat back your calories you burn? You will find a TON of "opinions" out there, but like well...elbows, we all have them and they don't mean a whole lot unless they are based on science in this case.

Yeah, I'm feeling GOOOOOD today! I had my ten miler today, and it went
fabu! We volunteered for Love Em or Leave Em. That race has REALLY
grown in three years, and it was much better organized. We got free
entries to the Firecracker 5k, which is one of my favorite races. We
did registration, so we were done by 9:30. We went by the Starbucks
booth and had a sample of the skinny cinnamon dolce latte, and then I

But that was my response when I read all of the comments. Thanks for making me feel special, people! I'm very excited...nervous, but excited.
This morning I swam 1500 yards very slowly. I am having this really bad pain on one side, but it's not all the time. It just shows up and makes me whimper and stop. It's worse swimming, of course, because that's working my core.

I'm going to be on the Today Show. I had an interview today with one of the people on the show. They had me send them a bunch of before pictures. Tammy is sending a really bad video, which I don't think I've seen. Now I have to write an essay, which I'll submit and they'll edit. I'll go into an affiliate in Seattle and record a voice over. Then I'll fly out Feb 24, and back on Feb 25.

This was my first long run since surgery on Dec 18. I'm still having a bit of abdominal pain, so I wear a stabilizer while I run and it allows me to run without pain.
