Wow that is fun! Just did an hour on it. I like to start with 20 minutes of yoga, then do 20 of strength training, and 20 of cardio. I love the hula and the boxing game. Hit 1864 hula spins tonight! Yeah Baby! This is a girl who never did one complete REAL hula hoop. Oh the wonder of technology. I can pretend to be coordinated and no one is the wiser!
I have a mini triathlon tomorrow. It's not a "race", but part of our training. The water is supposed to be about 51 degrees, so next time you see me I'll be a lovely shade of blue. I'm not nervous and that makes me happy.
Roy made me a carbo load dinner tonight without me even asking. I had suggested a dinner salad but he said, "You have a mini tri! You need carbs!" He's a good Do Bee!

I finally broke down and bought a Wii Fit from ebay! It should be here this week. Eh, it only cost me about $20 more and there aren't any in the stores, so i'm not upset at the cost. I'm excited to get it and get started using it!!!

You should get a "real" hula hoop - I did a little over a month ago and it really is fun!! My waist measurement has gone down half an inch already! Doesn't burn a whole lot of calories (3-6/min for me depending on how hard and fast you use it) But it's something easy to do at home and different. I do it while I'm waiting for my food to cook on the grill outside
