I hope you don't mind but I have marked you as a favorite and friend. I love reading what you have to say..... you are VERY opinionated which is a PLUS in my book.... I wish you would start your own Forum.... of course maybe you have and I am missing it.... if so then please inform me. I have so much to learn and I would love to pick your brain. I know you do this for a living so don't think I am against paying for it.... that is ok too....

Right now my GW is 145, I cannot fathom yet that my body would see the 120's, I left that years ago....maybe I can see that one day but for now.....hummmmm

I live in small town Georgia and the trainers here at our gym are not "that trained".... isn't that an oxymoron for you.... I am serious about this and I do not want to be wasting my time any longer.... I am amazed at what I have learned just hanging out here at CK, although you can read my story on my blog but I want to sort through the food and exercise lies.... oh and I have started running... headed into week 4 of C25k.... OH my... what fun and I am amazed... I want to start carving out my body but have NO clue how to do this and like I said it is a joke to watch the trainers at our gym.... we have a beautiful new gym with GREAT equipment but you better know how to do it yourself because the club can be so social.....LOL..... NO ME......Look forward to hearing from you.
