MSTEECHUR's CalorieKing Blog
Woke up in the middle of the night last night STARVING! What's up with that? Actually, I know what's up with that. I was down almost 500 calories yesterday, but really wasn't hungry. Long run days I am going to need to find something healthy that is high in calories to add to my repertoire!

Lunch: Hungry, but not starving. Scale of 1-5 maybe a 4.
Dinner: Hungry so had a snack before dinner. Since we were out I didn't have a mid afternoon snack leaving me really hungry.

One of the benefits of getting out running every day is that often I get to run with Roy. Now he's not always the most enthusiastic runner, and on long runs he accompanies me on a bike. It just means so m...
