I just had the best steak EVER! however, it wasn't lean....a little fatty....it wasn't in the database.....what we had was a Delmonico steak, charcoal grilled outside on our hibachi. Mmmmmm.....now I don't eat red meat very often....although my doctor wants me to eat more for the iron content and protein, but I can get that from so many other foods, with way less calories. Legumes are GREAT for protein and low in calories. I eat mostly chicken, but trying to incorporate more fish. I don't like fish so it's a challenge....seasoned correctly makes it more palettable.

So if anyone has any ideas on how to cook fish so it tastes good, please let me know.....I am DESPERATE to increase my fish.....please HELP :help:

PS: I eat steak 2 times a year. This was a Christmas gift from my brother-in-law. I also had coffee cake as a treat. I was craving a little something. Also do that maybe once every 4 months. So today I was over....tomorrow, back to usual!
