Well, I won't be around that much this weekend...have some activities planned with the kids and my niece. My mother is coming too so it should be fun! I'm really looking forward to it. BUT....now we are eating out and I have no idea the calorie count for Chinese foods etc. So, I'm going to try and look it up, as I don't want to go over. THE CHALLENGE BEGINS!

Since being on CK, I haven't gone out to eat. Quite frankly, the money is not in the budget. But this time my MOM IS TREATING!!...

HA! No Weigh in This Week

I already had a weigh in on Tuesday...duh.....so today I am trying to be creative with my foods. I am having a major chocolate craving....who knows why (not like me), so I am including it in my healthier foods...and I am LOVING IT! Its only for a time but if I'm going to eat I'm going to enjoy it!

Al took me to Starbucks last night and they had skinny vanilla latte's there for 90 calories (tall)! So hahaha I had the calories so I went for a grande. I usually order a venti so thats good ...

Eating From the Cupboard

Well, payday isn't until tomorrow and there is little to be found. So I eat the best I can with what I have....and well.....all I can say is FAT FAT FAT! I have gone over in my fat content....sodium...and some others because I am not eating as clean as I should.

I find that when I eat clean, my diet is starting to balance and I have less "overages". I also lose more weight and faster. Learning to be clever with eating on a budget is a challenge that I am taking by the horns. ...

WHY CAN'T I SLEEP

I spent most of the night laying in bed, staring at the ceiling. I haven't been feeling well, but most of the time I eventually nod off. Yesterday, not so much. Now mind you I did have a coffee pretty late. Please hear me out. Coffee usually puts me to sleep. It has no effect on me at all. So today I didn't have any to see if there is a difference.

On the up side, I went for a 55 min walk at 55 mph....did a lot of thinking.....it was good. I HAD to stretch after than one...wow....I...

AAAAHHHHHH and WOOO HOOO

Ok, The bloodwork was ok, just some meds that I am taking were a little high....WOW what a relief!!!!!

On the up side.....I LOST 3 LBS!!!!! So now I have graduated from Bronze to Silver! WOO HOO!!!!! Then they decreased my caloric intake.....eeewwww

The migraine is gone....just tired and weak still....I think I could increase my protein, and carbs a little....that might help......

Then last night (must have been all that football we watched LOL), the TV gave out. That means N...
