Well,

I have been so busy with business stuff that I haven't blogged in a long time! So HELLO OUT THERE!!!!! LOL...

Things have been going pretty good, just have to find something I can do at home that burns enough calories and strengthens too....ok I have no weights guys......and no gym membership....so I have been walking, doing some Pilates and Tae Bo, but not everyday. It burns up to 200 something calories, but I am looking for more..so on with the quest!

I changed my pic but it doesn't seem to be changing....so I am trying to figure that out too....the joys of newbieism....

Thanks Deb! I have tried Yoga, and it was ok. I have heard a lot of people talk about the Biggest Loser DVD...I will have to look for it....I am soooo curious now......

I love the new pic... Look at you striken' a pose :teeth1:
It's hard finding things to do that you enjoy. I do tapes now and again but I do the majority of my workouts at the gym. What about doing some Yoga? I acutally do the Biggest Loser DVD and I really enjoy it.
