Sunday, Mar 7 2010 - Balancing Work and Diet

I just returned to work (ok its for myself, but it still a full time job) after a 2 year hiatis. WOW I am not doing well with taking breaks to eat and adding exercise to my day. We have also had a rash of birthday dinners (tonight is one) so my food choices were smart for what I was offered. On a budget and minimal food in the house has been a challenge. Never the less I am strong and I am making it. Tomorrow is a new day and I will succeed.
