I've been holding steady at the 399 Lbs mark for most of this week. This morning I went back to 402.4 Lbs but after sleeping it came back down to 399.4 Lbs. I have three days remaining until my official weekly weigh-in so I'm not too worried. Even if I don't lose any weight this week I'm not going to throw up my arms in disgust. As long as I keep doing what I've done this past month, and try to maintain as close to 1500 calories as I can and control my hunger with smart food choices I'll be fi...

I'm in combat with fat right now! The weapon at my disposal isn't an A-10 Warthog though. It's my brain. Although if I had an A-10 Warthog I would probably be able to fight off just about anything assaulting me.

Remember when you were a little kid and the P.E. Teacher would make you all sit in a huge circle and one person would have to run around and tap you on the head while going duck, duck, goose! And then who ever was the goose would have to jump up and run around to try to get a spot to sit back down. Ahhh memories.

Today is a bad hair day for me, but that isn't as important as having a good weight day. I met my one-week goal, which was to be at 410 Lbs by today. Last Monday I was 420 and all through the week my weight fluctuated up and down, and I was beginning to get worried that I wouldn't make my goal today. This morning I woke up and weighed in and was 410!
