View NEXUSNRG's food & exercise for this day
I've been bed-ridden pretty much all week long. Not been outside once since Monday. I think I'll try to go back to work tonight. I can walk on the foot again but it still hurts a little bit. Because I've been laying in bed not moving much I restricted my eating.
I've been averaging about 600 calories a day. I've been eating garden salads, and light sandwiches pretty much most of the time. On Monday I weighed in at 377 Lbs and today this morning 4 days later I'm now my lowest ever at 372 Lbs. I hope to keep going in this direction over the weekend and keep a great number for next week's weigh-in.
I hate being drugged up and in bed... I hope the foot doctor I'm going to see will give me a solid answer as to what this is and that it can be fixed because I can't be having this happening every other month like it's been doing lately.

Hope your foot gets better soon. Make sure you are not getting dehydrated. Sorry ... I think you have like 1000 moms here looking out for you,

I should get full use of my foot in a couple more days. This usually doesn't last more than a week at the most. I just wish it would stop happening all together.

I'm aware of the dangers. I'm upping the calories today now that I'm not medicated anymore on hydrocodone. Going to eat a ribeye steak with fresh roasted veggies. And I'm sure I'll eat tonight when I go back to work.
Oh, I'm 371 LBS NOW! I got back on the scale after falling back to sleep this morning and went down another lbs. I'm sure it won't last.
I've actually thought about chopping the foot off a couple of times today because it seems hopeless as if this is going to happen again and again, and I can't keep taking full weeks off from work every couple of months.

I agree with Leslie 600 sounds low but I trust you know what you're doing. I'm coming over there and choppin off that foot of yours cause I need you to go to the gym and put more weights on those bars!!!

600 calories?? A day?? Be careful Jimmy, everyone tells me that going under 1,200 calories is not good. I'm not a doctor, I'm just saying be careful is all.
