Today for a brief period of time I finally passed the threshold of the 360's into the 350's. This afternoon after waking up I weighed in at 359.2 Lbs for the first time ever since starting this journey. It's been since at least my early 20's since I've been in the 350's.
After eating this afternoon it naturally went back up to 360.0 Lbs and so I accepted that, and even though I usually don't log in the middle of the week I wanted to document it so I went ahead and logged it. Exactly 1 month ago I weighed 368 Lbs. So I've lost 8 Lbs in 30 days, which is freaking awesome!

I usually weigh myself every day, some times periodically throughout the day just out of curiosity to see how my body is processing body fat, water, waste, etc. And officially weigh in on Monday's.
However, on the 2nd or 3rd of every month I have to go to this medical clinic for my job to get weighed in and my measurements taken for a law enforcement weight-loss challenge I took up a few months back. Today was my weigh-in for the challenge for the month of September. Last month I weighed 368, today was 360.
I decided to do a mid-week weigh-in on CK too just for kicks. The best time for me to check is around 2pm or 3pm right after waking up.

I pick one day out of the week to check in, per say and then my actual weigh in date. I usually check my weight Thursday morning and then official weigh in is on Sunday. I try not to weight mid day or night because I know my food intake might affect it.
