Worked out for the first time in two weeks today. Reason being, this mystery foot problem I seem to have started back up a few weeks ago (a couple of days after my last workout) and even though it wasn't bad enough to keep me in bed for a week I limped everywhere in pain for the past two weeks.I feel like I'm walking on eggshells right now because it can occur without any symptom or stress.
