Yesterday there was a battle between the lawn mower and a hidden tree stump. The tree stump won! I completely bent the crap outta the lawn mower blade. Hey at least I don't have to cut the grass now. Probably a good thing most of the yard was already done before that happened.
Back on my feet again, haven't been back to the gym though, and don't know when I will be going back. I keep thinking that I just may have to end up getting my own membership so I can go when the urge to go comes up. ...

I've been bed-ridden pretty much all week long. Not been outside once since Monday. I think I'll try to go back to work tonight. I can walk on the foot again but it still hurts a little bit. Because I've been laying in bed not moving much I restricted my eating.
I've been averaging about 600 calories a day. I've been eating garden salads, and light sandwiches pretty much most of the time. On Monday I weighed in at 377 Lbs and today this morning 4 days later I'm now my lowest ever at 372 Lbs...

Today after work Brandon and I went to the Planet Fitness.
Started our work out at 07:45 Hours and ended at 08:45 Hours for a total of 1.0 hours total. First we went to the bench press, today I noticed that I'm starting to get a little more stronger with the weights. The first time I went I could barely lift the 45 lb bar by itself, and 2.5 lb weights made it a real challenge. Slowly I built up, and today for the first time I pressed 3 reps of 20 lbs each side on the bar. It was very hard b...

I feel like an idiot. I had typed out like a 9 paragraph blog entry this afternoon, then I got side tracked before I could finish it up and walked away from the computer. Then when I did return I forgot that I wasn't finished with it and had some where to go so I turned off the computer and left home.

I just had to post a little note....
Yesterday and today I weighed 379 Lbs. So this is very positive improvement. Here's hoping for 378 Lbs or 379 Lbs by my weigh-in on Monday. I know this is short but I really don't have much to tell right now. Life is boring at best and just working and keeping track of my calories as best as I can.
