Actually don't kill me. But I am a loser, a weight loser, once again! I've had the month from hell it seems like. May has been a total pain in the ass for me. My last positive weight loss was at the end of April, and ever since I stalled out at 380 Lbs for two weeks, and another week I went up to 382 Lbs. Then last week I went up to 386 Lbs! W T H?!?!?!
Over this past week I actually topped the scale at 390 Lbs for a day. These were probably my most darkest, depressing time on this journey....

I've not been doing too hot in the weight loss area. It seems like this is my darkest moment in the battle against the fat. Over 3 weeks now of no loss and now 2 weeks with solid gain, but I've not changed anything I'm doing or eating.
There is one difference I need to confess to. I wear (wore) a size 60 pants, with a size 60 belt. For the past month now I've been finding it difficult to wear my pants because they fit too loosely around my legs and waist and feel uncomfortable. I fixed this...

I swear I'm about to take this scale out to the range and shoot it with every bullet I can find. This evil, evil nasty contraption is about to work my last nerve. It's past three weeks now and I'm not moving down, and in fact have gained. First it was two pounds on Monday and here it is Thursday and now I'm staying stuck on 384. 4 M'F'ing pounds?!?!?!!
*Takes a deep breath*
I swear I'm not over-eating, I haven't changed anything I do or eat over the last 5 months now. I should be losin...

Not much on the good news front to report. Past couple of weeks I've been stagnant with the weight loss. The last lowest weight I had was 379 Lbs and I didn't log it because it was in between weigh-in's. I think that was over 2 weeks ago. Then I logged 380 Lbs on April 26th. And then a week later I logged in another 380 Lbs on May 3rd. This whole week my weight had been way up there, and yesterday May 9th it was 387.8 Lbs. But this morning when I finally woke up I weighed in and I'm 5.8 lbs less...

Feeling kind of depressed today. All this past week I've not been able to lose any weight and the scale has actually been climbing, despite the fact that I have steadily kept my diet pretty much the same and remained close to my 1500 calorie target each day. It started when I had hurt my foot last week and was bed ridden for almost 4 days I had dropped to 379 Lbs, and then when I started eating again (I didn't eat first 2 days because of the pain) I guess I started to put weight back on from lac...
