Monday, Feb 12 2007 - Clothes weigh a lot!
View NIKKI8's food & exercise for this day
I weighed this morning with my pajamas on (before eating). The scale said 152.0 and I was so bummed. Then I took off my t-shirt and pajama pants and it said 147.8!!! I did it 2 more times just to make sure. I'm pretty sure I took off my pajamas last week when I weighed so I've lost a little more than a pound! I'm goind to make sure I always lose the clothes when I weigh. I can't believe the difference clothes make.
So I have to make a plan for when I go to my in-laws on Mondays and Thursdays to drop off the kids. My MIL always has some kind of gluten-free goodies for Collin and I seem to have a few myself. This is going to have to stop. Then she gave us candy for Valentines Day-mini Snickers! She is trying to kill me. I'm going to ask Chris to take them to work with him. He knows I can't handle having candy in the house.
The paper is so frustrating and overwhelming. I attempted to write my outline for it tonight and I am just confused and lost in all of the information. The professor said that is a normal stage that you go through with this large of a project. So I'm going to keep reviewing the literature and organizing all the info in my head and soon a theme and direction will emerge (so I hope).
BTW, baby is doing so much better. Ever since I stopped giving him baby snacks, he has eaten wonderfully. Looks like he has celiac too. He should show a weight gain at his dr appt on Thursday.
That's all for today.

Always weigh naked
:)
I'm so sorry the baby has Celiac too. I cannot believe that. I guess it' just as easy to follow the diet with one child as with two -- or maybe easier since they will both have the same things they can and can't eat ... but bless their little hearts -- I am just so sorry. You all have really been through it. Always know I'm praying for ya.
