View NIKKI8's food & exercise for this day

Since I hurt my knee Wednesday, I didn't do any exercise yesterday and just rested. I think that was a wise choice. So I was going to just work my upper body today with a new video I got. Had trouble with the stupid dvd player and had to "warm it up" with another video. So I decided to do a Leslie Sansone walking video that was about 20 minutes. It was perfect. My knee felt okay, I took it easy and it just felt really good to walk and move around. I needed that today. Then I did a little bit of my strength training video, but ran out of time. The kids are sick and I have to take the older one to the doctor today-just was there yesterday with the baby. I'm not usually home all day long and I like getting things done but it's a little crazy making. Collin is so wound up-I'm glad to be going anywhere. Being home all day makes it harder with food too. Even if I'm not hungry I want to snack on something. But have been able to keep from doing that. But right now I truly am hungry. I just snacked on caramel corn-not the best choice, but I'm really not used to being hungry.
May update more later.

Went on an M&M binge tonight. I don't know how much I had, but probably more than the 1/4 cup serving that I logged. I just kept popping them in a few at a time. I ate my dinner, was full and just craved more. I blame it on pms because I'm not usually like this. Then I made my husband quesadillas and ate one too, even though I wasn't hungry. Then I made gluten free cupcakes so Collin can have some cake at his friend's birthday party tomorrow. Well, in my opinion, there is nothing more irrisistible than warm yellow cake right out of the oven. So I'm over today and probably much more than my log shows. I think what bothers me the most is that I ate when I wasn't hungry and even when I was full. That is such a gross feeling and violates one of my most sacred rules. Eat only when hungry. It's one thing to to make poor food choices when you're hungry or even just a little hungry. But to eat when you are full-ugh. Ha! Dr. Phil is on right now featuring people severely obese and weighing 500 pounds and more. Just what I need to see right now. That'll kick me in gear.
