I did much better today. I think the key was preplanning my meals. I was resistant to do this because when I've tried that in the past, I felt so deprived. But with this program I can plan some treats in and make sure I have room for them and not feel so deprived. I went shopping today and bought some sugar free foods. I'm going to see how that goes for me, I just don't want to eat too much artificial sweetner. But I'm hoping I will feel more satisfied and not crave more.
Hubby is out of town this week. So things could either be more stressful as I am taking care of the kids by myself. Or less stressful because I don't have to worry about him. We'll see.
I must work on my paper tomorrow. Not going to do it tonight. I am so exhausted and should be in bed right now. Last night I had a coke with some popcorn. I never drink soda and the caffine kept me up late. Won't do that again.
I did lose 2 pounds this week in spite of last week's difficulty staying under net. Probably water weight as last week was TOM. But I feel good about it anyway.
I worked my butt off today with exercise. I did 20 mins. elliptical trainer, 15 mins biking and a 60 minute strength training video (Jari Love's Slim and Lean-what a killer).
