How do you log "cake batter licked from beaters"?

I just made a cake because I'm trying to find a good gluten free mix or recipe to use for my son's birthday cake in a few weeks. It's in the oven right now and I don't know how many servings it will make, but I figured up some preliminary nutritional info and it looks like 338 cals and 20 grams of fat! How will I survive? Cake is one of my weaknessess! AHHH!

The cake did not turn out well. I guess that's a good thing and a bad thing. It's a good thing I'm doing dry runs like this. The texture of GF cake is so crumbly-it just falls apart. It tastes okay. I did have a piece, but after my husband tries it, this will go in the trash. Good that I won't have the temptation around, but I need to try another recipe until I find one that works. So eventually, I will need to deal with this constant temptation.
