Friday, Apr 6 2007 - BFL Week 2-Day 6 Free Day???

Uh, it appears my free day came early. It started with Captain Crunch cereal. I have a huge weakness for sugar cereal. I bought some for my nephews and decided to have "just a handful". I had a bunch of handfuls--not even sure how much. But a lot. Cereal is a definite trigger food for me.
Then came some candy. Not a lot. I didn't go crazy. But really the cereal filled me up so much I didn't even have lunch.
So my dilemma is, now I have Saturday and Sunday to contend with. I don't want to have 3 free days! Tomorrow is my son's first b-day and I want to have cake. There will be chips and sloppy joes. And we all know what's in store for Sunday.
Does anyone have suggestions?
I know one thing, I felt so gross today and disgusted with myself. This is exactly what I want to change. This behavior and these habits. I don't want to feel like that the next 2 days. Still not sure what I'm going to do. :huh:

I can relate to having problems with cereal!!!! I had to ban Honey Bunches of Oats from my house! Fortunately, my kids will, and do, eat other cereals! My only suggestion is that you make a plan for yourself and stick to it.

I hope you enjoy your son's party, the first birthday is soooo sweet. The years really do fly by, my kids are 13 and 11 and I remember each of their first birthdays very well.
