I am back on the BFL program today. Comments on yesterday's blog and support from the BFL thread (and a pm from Corinne

) really helped. So thank you everyone.
I think I was worn out from everything that has been going on. And just discouraged by my slips in the past. But what's funny is that I was reminded of my own words. That changing habits take time. I need to let go of what has already happened and not let it interfere with today.
I really think this is a good program for me, so I am going to stick with it the whole 12 weeks and then make decisions at that point about how I want to tweek things. For right now, I'm going to pretty much stick to the program.
With this test out of the way, I can focus on my workouts again. I still have to finish my paper, but it is 2/3 done. I feel like I'm on the downward trend or whatever you call it.
Okay, I'm going to go have my chocolate protein pudding now.

very glad you are feeling better. Your tone is great and I know you are going to get right back into it. Make sure you have lots of your pudding made and ready for when those chocolate cravings hit! The chocolate caramel protein powder from GNC is awesome and makes great shakes and pudding!
