I did so well at our MOPS meeting today and then I had icecream twice today!!

Twice! The first time was this afternoon after the boys went down for a nap. I was not feeling well. My ribs have started hurting again--not the paralyzing pain of before. But a constant dull ache. It was with me almost all day and it really scared me. I'm so afraid the pain is going to come back again.

So I think I was trying to comfort myself because of that pain and reduce the anxiety. I took some tylenol and I think it helped because i feel better now.

Then tonight my son wanted icecream. I made an extra bowl to take a picture of (long story), and decided it was already in the bowl and I'd already had some today, so. . . .
I know.
I don't know what else to say about that, except I'm glad they were both small portions. Only about 1/2 cup.
I think I need to rewrite my goals and go back to reading them everyday. It really helped when I did that before. And listening to my self talk cds is also good for me and I haven't been doing that lately.
Sounds like I know what I need to do. I just need to focus and do it.

I think it is a great idea to look at your goals and refocus on them. Goal setting is really important to me and helps me appreciate all the things that I accomplish, even the really simple ones. Do you have an injury in your ribs?
