Good News: I have now finished my Masters degree in School Counseling!!! I am so happy about that and so proud of myself. I took my last final exam last night and now I am done. It was a lot of hard work and I'm so glad it's done.
Ya know what's weird, though? I am very glad to be done, but I've been in school so long, it feels weird to know I am not going to have it anymore. I went back to continue with my degree when my older son was 5 months old and it was a good outl...

I am so happy to report that I had a great day with food and exercise. After 4 awful days, I really needed a good one and I finally did. I was determined not to give up and I didn't. Very proud of myself.I was thinking about this today and I think that MOPs brunch was really throwing a wrench into things. I knew it was coming up and I knew I would not eat on plan for it. I feel so fat right now. It has now been 4 days in a row of uncontrolled eating. I had decided I wasn't going to worry about food today because I didn't want to restrict myself at our last brunch (homemade tamales!!!). So I knew I would just eat whatever today and get back on track tomorrow. I told my husband I would get back on my program tomorrow and he said, Yeah, right!What?! Does he not see how well I've done? Happy Mother's Day!!!!We had a nice day today. We went to Silver Dollar City with my in-laws and the kids. We had so much fun. The boys are at a great age--or at least, my 3 year old is. 5k Update:So I talked to my friend Thursday and yesterday morning and told her about the whole conversation with hubby. She's the one who told me about the 5k and she did it too. Anyway, my friend is very soft spoken most of the time and she said she'd like to tell my husband a thing or two.
