Free day today and I still have no appetite. My stomach feels better but I just don't feel like eating. So I'm going to play it by ear with food. I had a healthy breakfast. Not BFL authorized, but still healthy. So I feel good about that. I don't know what is up with my stomach and I hope I'm not getting gluten and am not aware of it. I doubt it since I am slowly getting better, not staying the same. It's probably just a bug. It's mild one, but it's hanging on.Thursday, May 3rd 2007
Still not feeling well. Not much appetite. I don't know what the deal is, but the baby doesn't have much appetite either. We must have a bug. I was feeling a little better this morning and was all set to report in my blog that I feel better. But then I forced myself to eat a protein bar after my workout this am. I just don't feel well today. My stomach is messed up. I haven't been able to eat much. I've been very nauseous (did I spell that right) on and off throughout the day. I wonder if it's from eating gluten yesterday. But the baby vomited after eating lunch today--not just spit up. He really got sick. So I'm wondering if we are getting a stomach bug. Update 10 pm:
I felt bloated, sick to my stomach and nauseous all day. So, to confirm with myself once again, I really do have Celiac and no, I can't have gluten. Once in a while, it's like I have ...
