Food Report
Okay, I just need to record my food. It's kind of driving me crazy not to log. Not because of the calories or fat grams. I'm just in such a habit or recording and I'm afraid of forgetting what I eat. Plus I would like to know my protein and fiber counts. But that's okay.
Here's what I've eaten so far today:
B-Cherry C.C. pancakes
L-1/4 cup eggbeaters in tortilla; 1 cheese quesadilla; grapes
marshmallows
S-yogurt and a few of my son's fruit snacks
D- filet mignon, home baked fries, peas
s-icecream

I was going to eat 2 egg in tortillas but my kids ate the rest of the eggs, which was fine with me. I can hardly get any protein in the 3 year old.
So far so good. I am refusing to feel guilty about the marshmallows or fruit snacks. There were small portions and were eaten when hungry and not emotionally. :)

I had some marshmallows this weekend, and they were good. They were mini-marshmallows, but I had a big handful of them, so they might as well have been the big ones! I didn't feel guilty either! I hope you are doing well!
