Food Report
So far today:
B-oatmeal and 1 1/2 eggs in tortilla
S-apple, fruit snacks,

and I picked at my kid's snack cereal.

L-yogurt, salad w/ham, cheese and light dressing.
S-grapes, 100 calorie popcorn
D-2 beef enchiladas, 1 serving chips (only 1!!!)
S-icecream w/chocolate syrup
I said I wasn't going to buy cereal anymore and I did. I said I wasn't going to buy chips and I did. I haven't had a cereal binge yet, but ..... I need to be more proactive with prevention.
Exercise Report
45 min. walking w/cardio blasts and strength intervals. It was stroller group exercise day followed by swimming at the pool and lunch in the park.

I am so proud that I only had one serving of chips. I was very careful and put them on my plate and put the bag away.

The reason I decided to have them was because the enchiladas I made were not that good. The sauce was weird, but it was the only can of sauce without wheat. GRR! Do they have to put wheat in everything?!
I logged my food today. I just wanted to see where I was at before I had any icecream. Plus I wanted to see how my numbers were while I just make choices based on hunger. They were pretty good, but my protein was low. I used to eat more protein bars, but I haven't been lately. I love those so I will try to eat more of those.
I did better with my water today too. It helped to make it part of my goals.
It's late so I'm going to stop there for tonight.
