B-English Muffin (gluten free) w/light butter and jelly

S-Edy's Loaded Butterfinger icecream
Okay: here's the thing. I was running around all morning doing errands and an appointment. I was starving and the only thing I had was gluten free pretzels because I went to the health food store. I know that sounds healthy, but gluten free pretzels have 6 grams of fat per serving and 140 cals. I think I may have had 1 1/2 or maybe even 2 servings. Don't know as the bag has 2.5 servings and I shared with the kids and they are all gone now.
Here's the other thing: I broke one of my icecream rules and bought Edy's Loaded w/Butterfinger. I was so hungry coming home from the store that I wanted to dive into it in the car. But I didn't and still haven't touched it. So the plan is to not have any until tonight and only have 1 serving. NOT go back for more and more. If I do that, then I will know that I cannot break my icecream rule and I will have to stick to vanilla in order to avoid a trigger binge.
So I will check in later with a report and be accountable.
I don't feel like exercising (which is unlike me) but my head and back hurt. I think it's connected as I fell down the stairs the other day and I think I tweeked something.

I'm going to lay down right now (the kids just went down for a nap) and see how I feel in about a half hour or so.
