Icecream update: I didn't touch it all day yesterday until my scheduled portion in the evening.

But I did go back for a second serving.

I know what was going on. I actually was still a little hungry. But also my husband and I had a little tiff about going to Chicago in December. He always gives me trouble about going up there to see my family and I only ask to go twice a year. Anyway, I think that is why I went back for seconds.
Challenge today: don't touch the icecream until this evening.
Today is a busy day. Collin has a dr. appt this a.m. And then we have friends coming over for a playdate. This evening is my scrapbook night, so I will be up past midnight.
And I will face candy at scrapbooking. So I need to make sure I don't touch it.
I honestly don't know if I will be able to exercise today. I never got to yesterday because stinkerhead never took a nap and he woke up his brother when he was standing at his door calling me.

I think it was a good thing because my back and neck are feeling worse. I may need to go see the chiro again.
With this busy schedule today, I don't know if I'll have time today either. I hate missing 2 workouts in a row.

I'll have to see how nap time goes today.

btw I just wanted to say that I dont eat much ice cream but when I do buy it, I get the ones sold in the individual serving size packages. I picked some up today at Kroger, they are only in vanilla flavor. I think the brand I bought today is Blue Bell (which is very good). Maybe you should think about that ? Would having the serving size pre-measured help you with this?

Btw I just wanted to say taht my calves are REALLY sore from that Body Cardio workout I did yesterday. I think it must be from going up and down the stairs a gazillion times!

Yay for avoiding the ice cream until evening!
:y: Boo for tiffs with hubby! Those make me want to eat, too. Good luck facing off against the candy tonight. You can do it! I hope your back feels better. It's probably good that you won't have time to workout. If you do find time, maybe just do stretches or something. Have a great weekend!
